CONNECTION:
SEAMate 1A® deliver AIS- and NMEA-Data wireless to the computer (PC, Laptop, PDA) with a Wireless-LAN
COMPATIBLE:
SEAMate 1A® is compatible with all ECDIS-Systems and all NMEA-Instruments (Radar, Echo lot, Log, GPS, Wind, Gyro etc.).
SIMPLE:
Press only the on/off button. Four LEDs will show you the status of the ships-Pilot-Plug, the GPS-connection and the power supply, and the charge me now status.
PROBLEM-FREE:
There will be no more problems connecting the computer and pilot-plug with false and defect cables or cables that are too short.
RIGHT:
SEAMate 1A® converts the polarity of the pilot-plug that has been installed onboard the ship. It also finds the right protocol (RS-232/RS-422) for the computer automatically.
MOBILITY:
Within the range of up to 70 meters the pilot gets full freedom of movement.
HANDY:
SEAMate 1A® is handy and light. With a size of 16.5 x 8.5 x 3.5cm the SEAMate 1A® is smaller than a book and has a weight of 550g.
BATTERY:
The battery has a continuously use for up to 20 hours.
TOUGH:
SEAMate 1A® is waterproof and has a utility within the temperature range -20 / + 70 degrees centigrade.
SECURITY:
If the AIS does not work onboard it is possible to move the SEAMate 1A® out under open sky and it will hereby give a GPS-signal directly transmittet wireless to the computer.
PRACTICAL:
When charging the battery it is possible to use the charger for the laptop.
